Te va a encantar mi casa porque es espaciosa y artística, es un loft de 160 m. distribuido en dos plantas, equipadas con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones o de trabajo (con wifi). Situada en Sedaví, una población a 5 kms de Valencia, más tranquila que la ciudad, a 20 minutos del centro histórico en transporte público. This place has peace of mind: relax with the whole family! 7 minutes by train to downtown Valencia and 7 kms to the beach. After your sightseeing, you can rest and connect to WiFi with your friends. Cozy apartment just 10 minutes to city center

The apartment is located to 10 minutes from the city center by train. Train station is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment and only 1 stop from the city center (North station) The apartment have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a king bed in the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 individual beds. Building has lift and private garage, as you can see the apartment looks brand new and it has been decorated.

Charming apartment.

Apartment with integral renovation, everything is new and is a very cozy and bright space. It is on the ground floor so you will not have to climb stairs, it has two bedrooms, one double and one single. The apartment is rented for 3 people, but there is space for 4 as the single room is bed nido. IMPORTANT: THE PRICE OF THE FOURTH PERSON, IF REQUIRED, MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY PER NIGHT. Free parking is available in the vicinity.
