You can walk down to the Lake in ~5 min and will have easy access to endless activities among which: - Ashland Beach on Little Squam (7-min drive) - Boat ramp and marina to rent a boat (~3-min) - All the Whites have to offer (~25min)

MAY-OCT ONLY. "Close to everything, but far from anything". With our other 2 cabins it shares a mile of private lake frontage and 60 acres, it's secluded while close to lakes region attractions, outlets, highland bike park, Weirs Beach etc.. Great views, fishing, private dock/swim float, access to 3 sandy beaches, privacy, firepit, gas grill, badminton, trails, and excellent cell coverage for hotspots. Lots of wildlife. Guests provide own linens (sheets/towels), pets 20each/night on arrival.

This camp is centrally located and easy to get to. 20 minutes to Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, and Newfound Lake. Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.
