It is close to the center and at the same time in a quiet district of Koszutka - the immediate vicinity of the Kosmos cinema, Spodek and the International Congress Center 200m away, the railway station 1.5km away.

Located in an old industrial area in Sosnowiec, the loft on chemiczna street provides a very confortable living room (39m2) with 2 convertible sofas and 2 large bedrooms (17m2 ). There are 2 separate bathrooms with a shower and a WC. The flat is confortable for 8 people but we can add 2 folding beds for children in the bedrooms. The kitchen is located in a vast hallway. The living room is equiped with a baby foot, an arcade machine and other games. VAT invoice provided.
