Walking distance to pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes, with the historic Beauly Priory just round the corner from the flat. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and shower room. The kitchen and shower room have both been newly installed in 2026. There is easy access to miles of walks along the river.

This newly built, open plan studio has a woodburning stove, great views and is ideally suited for exploration of Loch Ness, NC500 and the hills, glens and beaches of north Scotland. The hosts live next door, but the studio has its own private garden area and plenty of parking. There are lovely walks from the door through fields and forest, and a chance to see the Northern Lights. The cabin is in a peaceful rural setting, but only 12 miles from the city of Inverness.

It is an ideal base for touring the Highlands or a cosy hideaway for a quiet break in one of the most picturesque parts of the country. The recently renovated building was originally a coaching inn dating back to the early 18th century.
