The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

We welcome you to this charming 40m2 independent house with its private terrace. The living room has a double bed, sitting area with sofa, TV and a small desk area. Fitted kitchen (hob, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, raclette machine, kettle, Senseo machine. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace with garden view, electric barbecue and deckchairs. Towels and bath linens are provided. Closed parking on the premises. Wood-burning stove heater.

The former medieval priory of Tournus, which later became a summer camp, is now a well-suited vacation rental to accommodate a family or two couples of friends. Located on the second floor of the castle, it has exceptional views of the surrounding area. This is the most of this accommodation which offers 115 m2 of space and comfort. In winter, gas is charged at €1.2 per m3 (according to meter). Water and electricity are included.
