Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Dining at the Caves de Marson, a delicious troglodyte restaurant with fouées (1-min walk). Visit the Cadre Noir 5 minutes away. 10 minutes from the Loire, Saumur and its many tourist attractions.

The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, microwave and a bathroom. Note that there is NO hotplate. The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur).
