Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Once part of the mill and steading which served Haggerston Castle; whose few ruins sit a mile to the north; this semi-detached property still retains a rustic feel courtesy of its mottled stone exterior and rural location near Beal. The Cheviot Hills are a 25 minute drive away and the Holy Island of Lindisfarne can be seen from the garden.

The cottage is blessed with wonderful views and is bathed in morning light. For colder months my home is cosy with central heating and a wood burning stove; perfect to relax in front of after exploring the island .
