Beautiful on a farm

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. We have lovingly and ecologically renovated our construction trailer, trying to preserve the old. There is a large bed (2.50 m x 2.00 m), a wood-burning stove that makes it cozy and warm, a gas stove, an outdoor shower that is turned off in frost and a compost toilet. You are in the middle of our small farm in a single location with an organic shop. Train station - Sandhagen (Rostock-Wismar) in 700 m as the crow flies. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Otherwise, by bus and train.

Steffenshagen is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea and the oldest German Baltic Sea resort Heiligendamm. Only 6 kilometers separate the village of Steffenshagen from the coast in the north. During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. The Ost train station is only 150 m away, so the accommodation is ideally suited for train and bus travelers. It is about 500 m to the beach and the boat harbor. Our apartment - Meeresblüte - has a great view of the countryside and the garden with a short walk to beach access, restaurants and all other amenities. The apartment has 54 square meters and is comfortably furnished with a modern kitchen. The open plan living area is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, every room has German cable TV. Free parking is available. This place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, for a great vacation.

Sommerhaus

The summer house is located on the property of our Old Büdnerei and has a beautiful view of the fields and the wonderful nature. On one side, the insulated wooden house is equipped with a seating area where you can sit wonderfully. The one-room house has insulated French doors on all sides and so lets light in all day. It is simply in the furnishings with a sofa bed in the large room and an open kitchen with counter. A shower room complements the living room.

We rent a lovingly renovated, fantastic apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house built around 1900 in the bathroom style. The charming house is in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which lead through a small coastal protector, so you can already hear the sound of the sea at breakfast on the terrace.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

New building with 5-star level in the immediate vicinity of the beach, incl. large balcony, underfloor heating, large bathtub, WiFi, private beach access etc. The Weststrand apartment of Riviera Kühlungsborn is 60 m2 and has a separate bedroom. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom is a big modern bathtub where you can hear the sound of the sea when the window is open. Beach can be reached in a few meters via its own beach access.
