The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The large manor house is a real rarity on the Baltic Sea coast: On 450 square meters over three floors extend the living and sleeping rooms, a large country house kitchen and an exclusive spa area with its own sauna and relaxation area. A panoramic terrace surrounds the house to the south-west, with a view of the Gutspark. Each of the five bedrooms has a seating area with TV, a private bathroom and a dressing room.
