Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

It is close to many wineries on the east side of Keuka lake 10 min to Penn Yan and 20 min to Hammondsport. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels and essentials. 1 queen size bed 1 full and a king size in the master bedroom. There is WiFi but NO tv. It is also close to Windmill farm market.
