(Little bustling neighborhood, with dirt streets).

Our housekeeper and his family reside on the property (annex) and is 24 hours at the disposal of guests, as the house is large and needs permanent support.

Tranquil, ventilated place with space to play football, volleyball and basketball. There is redário, playground, slackline, private pool and game room, with pool and totem. It has 4 bedrooms, with air-conditioning, 4 bathrooms and an equipped kitchen, with a barbecue grill. Up to 16 people (with kids up to 20) It has breeding of rabbits and birds. Longer stays (>5days) is discounted.

Next to the condominium, you have access to the most incredible tours in our region, known as the "Coral Coast." We provide all bed and bath linens, as well as all kitchen utensils. At check-in we take a photo of the meter, at check-out another, we calculate the difference and multiply by R$ 1.30
