Located in the Bosque Rio Mar Condominium (gated community with 24-hour concierge and security rounds.) A very pleasant leisure area surrounded by plants. Adult and children's pool. Barbecue grill. Large balcony. The condominium is 2 km from Ilha da Croa, 5 km from Paripueira Beach, 2 km from Tabuba Beach. NOTE: Electricity consumed during the stay will be charged separately. We do not rent for parties and events.

Barbecue area and pool support, with counter/table and external bathroom. Well decorated garden with hammocks and lots of green. Natural pools in front of the house. Our housekeeper and his family reside on the property (annex) and is 24 hours at the disposal of guests, as the house is large and needs permanent support.

It has 4 bedrooms, with air-conditioning, 4 bathrooms and an equipped kitchen, with a barbecue grill. Up to 16 people (with kids up to 20) It has breeding of rabbits and birds. Longer stays (>5days) is discounted.

Nearby you will find restaurants and pizzerias for all tastes, in addition to the village markets where you can buy items to cook your own meals.
