On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. Bienvenue dans notre spacieux gîte à Barnave, un village accueillant idéal pour les familles ou les groupes, entre Provence et Alpes. Notre maison offre un confort familial avec grands espaces et luminosité chaleureuse. Le village de Barnave a une aire de jeux pour enfants et une ambiance conviviale. Le ruisseau Barnavette au bout du jardin ajoute du charme et un lieu de jeu pour les enfants. Entre baignades en rivière, VTT, randonnées, escalade, et découvertes locales, votre sejour sera top !

Le logement dispose d'une terrasse privative et un grand parc partagé avec les habitants de la propriété. L'été vous bénéficierez du confort de la climatisation et d'un salon de jardin. Si vous venez en famille avec votre bébé, nous avons tout l'équipement nécessaire (lit à barreau, baignoire, tapis de jeu, transat...). Le gîte est situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Die, et à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Nous mettons également à disposition des voyageurs des vélos.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
