Cuenta con dos pisos en los cuales hay 4 habitaciones, de las cuales 2 son de matrimonio (en una de ellas cabría una cuna) y otras 2 habitaciones individuales. Servicios y zonas comunes Cuenta con calefacción, una cocina totalmente equipada (placa de vitrocerámica, horno, nevera, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, etc.) Salón-comedor con tv, baño con ducha y lavadora, un tranquilo rincón de lectura en la segunda planta y un patio exterior con sofás de jardín y mesa.
