Gracia was a small town which was absorbed to Barcelona in 1897 and managed to preserve its pedestrian streets and traditions. The area is full of restaurants and bars. A metro station is just below the apartment which serves the Green line with only 3 stops to town centre or a 20 minutes walk from the apartment via Pg De Gracia.

The apartment has a private terrace, furnished and very quiet and a balcony overlooking the central and lively Plaza del Sol. Very bright with 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with hairdryer. There's a sofa bed in the living-room, TV and dining area. IMPORTANT NOTE: given the situation of alarm state by the Coronavirus, extreme precautions by disinfecting the entire apartment with bleach.
