A nagyobbik terasz fedett és kiválóan alkalmas grillezéshez, a kisebbik teraszról pedig mesés kilátás nyílik a kertre. A fűtésről kerámia burkolatú fatüzelésű kályha gondoskodik, illetve a szobákba kis radiátorok növelik a komfort érzetet.
