Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. Summer's Getaway - Fun Suite

NOTE: The hot-water issue has been fixed! Self-contained unit with private entrance off the side of the house. Sleeps four in 2 comfortable queen beds. Pool table inside. Outdoor grill, firepit, volleyball and badminton on the 1-acre lawn accessed from patio doors. The main house is not rented out, but it is possible to rent both the Fun Suite and the Family Suite (which is above the garage and sleeps 9) together to accommodate more people.

Hospital is 10 minute away for work or visiting trips. ISU is just down the road. Ross Park Zoo, Parks, and Swimming Complex are a walk away. Close to many locally owned Restaurants. Hiking, biking, and fishing are all minutes away such as City Creek and Edson Fichter. Easy drive to the freeway to get to Pebble Creek for skiing or Lava Hot Springs for other water fun. Nostalgic train sounds most guests say is background noise.

We are located just 5 miles from Lava Hot Springs.

It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
