Residential building with two apartments per floor, two elevators, with a beautiful ocean view; well located, close to everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, a pastry shop, bakeries, restaurants, bars, shops with a wide range of products, among others. To go to the beach, just walk a few steps, cross Avenida Atlântica and you've already reached the boardwalk and the sand. The building is near the Ferris Wheel, from where you have a wonderful view of the entire waterfront and of Morro do Careca.

New - fully renovated and decorated on Rua 2000

Your family will be close to everything by staying in this well-located place. We have TV only in the living room - 42 inches smart (it doesn't have the open channels). I only use it via wifi The Apartment has 2 full bathrooms, one of them is the suite and the other is social. However, it is not possible to connect the 2 showers simultaneously because the building does not support and the overall energy of the apartment drops, so it is only possible to turn on 1 shower at a time.

It has the largest footage per apt at Ed Internacional Residence. My space is good for couples. business travelers and those who work in the home office.
