Old Stone Greek House Complete Rental Ayvalık Our house has 3 floors and we rent it out as a whole. There is 1 bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and hall on the 3rd floor. There is a double bed in the room, a dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine in the kitchen. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a sofa, armchair and TV in the living room. A total of 5 people can stay. There is a bedroom with a bathroom on the 1st floor. Single bed. Note: The house was built in 1891 and the interior was restored. It is not in the comfort of a new house, but it is a charming guesthouse.

Beachfront vacation enjoyment with a terrace

In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of the island of Avşa. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the markets and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island of Avşa is located in a decent family environment, the daily accommodation facility around it is very few and has the calmest beach. 1+1 loft, can accommodate two people.

A holiday home perfect for those looking for a holiday away from the noise of the city, with the sounds of birds, floral scents. You can barbecue in the garden. - There are 2 more houses in the garden, the garden is shared. Since the house is far from the city center, I recommend you to come by car. Phone and internet are not working well, not very suitable for remote workers.

You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay. It is centrally located and very close to any places you want to go. Cunda Island is 10 minutes away and Devil's Table is 15 minutes away. Also, the symbol of the moon is comfortably walking distance to the coast in the narrow alleyways. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There is a bed for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen hall. The 5th maximum person can comfortably stay in the sofa for 2 people in the living room. Have a😊 GOOD HOLIDAY 😊

Our house is 70m to the beach and 5 minutes by walking to the center of Cunda. The music at the center is very peaceful and quiet.
