SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. Apartment located in the old barn of a farmhouse of 1873. In the same house they live and host Pau and Wafa. Cozy and family friendly atmosphere. Situated in a small village in Northwest Catalonia, at the foot of the Montsec Mountains, PrePirineo. 1h30min by car from Barcelona, and two minutes from Artesa de Segre, where you find everything you need for shopping. Casa Borras is a preserved place, for a break, for remote working! 1.5 hours from the French border, in the Pyrenean Piedmont, Estaña has only 6 inhabitants and overlooks the ponds, classified as an ornithological reserve, where you can swim. You can also fish there. For the more athletic: canyoning, hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata... La Casa Borras, typical house, accommodates up to 5 people. Apartamento de 1 habitación para 2 personas, en pueblo tranquilo con todos los servicios, a sólo 3 kilómetros de Portaventura, Ferrariland y a pocos minutos de las playas de Salou y la Pineda ( parque acuático Aquopolis) y una hora en tren a Barcelona. Cute ocean-front apartment with 1 double and 2 single bedrooms, which can be converted into doubles by extending the beds, so the apartment can host up to six people. There's also a portable baby travel bed if you are travelling with a baby or a toddler. All bedrooms are facing the interior so they are very quiet. For a relaxed beach holiday, the location doesn’t get any better than this. You step out of the house and the beach is literally right there.
