Discover the the Arctic Finnmark Alps in Jøkelfjord! (Glacierfjord) Very little light pollution gives great potential for Northern Lights watching, and whales often visit Oct–Jan. No guarantees, but lucky guests spot them from the warm sofa. The area offers excellent skiing opportunities. Velkommen til ei ny og fin hytte i landlige, majestetiske omgivelser i Lyngen. Stedet er like fint vinter som sommer. Om vinteren er det kort vei til unike fjelltopper for skikjøring. Likevel er det et unikt landskap slik at man også finner terreng for lettere skiturer. Om sommeren er uendelige turer å velge i, både til fots, til sykkel eller med båt. Hytta har: 4 soverom (8 soveplasser) Loftstue med sovesofa 1 bad med sauna Jacuzzi kan leies mot ekstra gebyr.

Gamtunet - idyllic cabin - spectacular location

Gamtunet is a charming old log house with a top modern architectural extension including all commodities. The view is spectacular encompassing the Lyngen landscape from the view to the Ulsfjord to the alpine peaks of Trollvasstind, Sofiatind and the Jiehkkevárri massif. We still have lots of snow in the mountains so it looks like skiing will be good all through May at least.

This is a nice house with a great view in the central part of Skjervøy. There is bed, changing table and baby-chair if you are traveling with small children. The house has all facilities you will need for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Enjoy the beauty of the amazing nature bathed in the midnight sun, while relaxing on the big balcony with an amazing view!
