Minimalist duplex in the center of CALELLA. Maximum capacity: 2 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN under 16. VISITORS are not allowed due to abuse by previous guests. Hot HOT tub all year round. 2 Rooms: An open double en-suite with a 150x200 cm bed and a children's bed with folding bunk beds (80x180cm) and crib. 2 full bathroom (shower, no bath). Well-stocked open plan kitchen. 2 Terraces overlooking Port-Bo Beach. Wifi (fiber optic) and smart TV. Free baby kit available (cot, high chair, bath). The cot, which cannot be moved, is in the children's room (lower floor), not in the master bedroom (upper floor). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in order to avoid possible allergy issues. Access to the main room via the interior staircase. No parties or events allowed. Guests will enjoy a prime location without having to buy a ticket. Although we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the event, we are offering a discount (already included in the final price) for the days of setup, breakdown and the concert. If you're not interested in the concert or don't want to experience any potential inconvenience, please don't request a booking between 29 June and 8 July. The price includes reasonable but limited use of electricity, gas and water. The natural gas central heating system is switched on only in winter, and the air conditioning is switched on only in summer, between 15 June and 15 September or when temperatures exceed 25°C. Between seasons, when the outside temperature is pleasant and easily adjustable without technology (20°-25°) these amenities will not be available. Thermostat set to 22°C (71.6°F) all year round. The use of glass items is not allowed on the upper deck where the jacuzzi is. Also, we want to remind you that the use of jacuzzis is not recommended for children. If in any case they made use, all liability will lie with the adult in charge. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area right in the center, between the church and the beach of the Port Bo. The only public parking in the village opens only in peak season. It is located at c/Chopitea 29, about 350mts away from the apartment and has 24h surveillance.
