One of the most photographed homes in the cities historic center is not only a place to stay but an experience. Local handmade tiles and embroidery decorate the home to celebrate local history. This cozy house full of natural light has a private patio. Centrally located on a quiet road it is close to all amenities yet allows for a well deserved rest. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).

Idyllic little house near Coimbra “casinha”

Great little house in small working village near Coimbra ( 25'away). Between Lousa(8 K) and Miranda da Corvo (14k). Quiet and peaceful, with views over fields. Fully equipped for Summer, April to September. NO MORE BBC CHANELS ! ( the BBC has removed us from their satellite!) Dutch, French and German channels plus a few others.....about 400 of them! There is NO Portuguese TV Chanel's
