atypical and cozy, bay views

In the heart of Saint Valéry, facing nature, "the attic" is on the 3rd floor of a Valéricaine house. From its height, it offers a very nice view of the boats, the bay, the changing skies... Bright, modern, its layout under the roofs is atypical and gives it all its charm (I do not recommend it for people over 1.85 m). Possibility to park 2 bikes in the yard. Linen is included. Discount code for a very big discount at the parking meter or free parking 900 m away.

Very spacious, the apartment easily accommodates 4 people thanks to its 140 bed in the mezzanine and its very comfortable sofa bed. Kitchen area with large countertop, fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
