The second bedroom has two single beds and its corresponding bathroom. The bedrooms are completely separated from the common areas, ideal for 2 couples or a family with children. Being a duplex although the staircase is completely safe it is not appropriate for children under 3 years old, An ideal place as a base for skiing in Baqueira, mountain excursions the rest of the year and also an excellent refuge for teleworking or simply resting in a completely quiet and noise-free environment.

The space for rent is the attic of a house in the old town of Arties, right next to the church of Santa Maria. The apartment is accessed through the interior of the house and consists of two floors. On the first floor, there is a large space that contains a living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a double room with a full bathroom. Upstairs there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three beds. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary to move in.
