The room includes individual climate control and is fully equipped with kit You will find high-quality viscoelastic mattresses and pillows, hypoallergenic cotton bedding, and blinds to ensure a restful sleep. This is an apartment with a special charm and atmosphere, where you can enjoy a good coffee from the Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine or, if you prefer, from a traditional Italian coffeemaker, as we provide breakfast essentials for the first day. You can have your meals at the dining table or at the kitchen bar, right in front of a large flat-screen TV with Netflix, or relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa that can also be booked as an extra bed upon request. There is central heating and air conditioning, adjustable from the room, and we make sure it is turned on before our guests arrive. *Portable cot with bedding, €10/night *Late check-out (6 additional hours for €50)

Equipamiento completo PARA QUE NO LES FALTE NADA Es importante tener en cuenta que éste alojamiento está registrado como vivienda con fines turísticos en la junta de Andalucía . Beneficiándose de todas las ventajas de cumplir con todos los requisitos que este registro implica, y teniendo la certeza de que este alojamiento va a cumplir con todas las obligaciones fiscales , de normativas y de seguridad propias de este tipo de viviendas . Por lo que no es en absoluto competencia desleal de la hostelería de la zona , sino que la complementa. Gracias por confiar en mi alojamiento.
