Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Your private entrance has a shaded patio for lounging, surrounded by a secluded, park-like backyard. Local wine or sparkling cider provided for you to enjoy.

Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The RV is located next to the main house on an acre. 3 beds w/ private master bedroom. Through the gate, you will find a shared hot-tub, gazebo, bbq, firepit, kids playground , and plenty of room to relax under full grown trees. You also have your own dedicated parking spot. All of the essentials you need for your stay are provided. It is equipped with A/C that keeps up with the heat, as well as Gas and Power to run everything inside.

This listing has had some issues because of poor management in the past, these have been resolved with the new management. It is in the heart of West Richland. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
