It is fully equipped and air-conditioned. The apartment is on the second floor; you have to go up some stairs. The suite has an alarm system that is deactivated when guests are occupying it; there is only a motion sensor inside the apartment and a camera that takes photos outside the apartment, which is directed at the door that opens onto the street.
