Fresh spring water flows though the property a gravity‑fed system, our on‑site waterfall generates clean hydroelectric power. The property is entirely off-grid and is situated in a wildlife hotspot, with 100 acres of wet tropics rainforest connected to the World Heritage listed Maalan National Park. Please note we have two big friendly dogs that will come say hello, we also have two young kids but they won’t disturb you!

Only a short stroll to the lake and is surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. 3 minute drive to Black Gully boat ramp, 12 minutes to Atherton mountain bike park, and Mount Baldy walking trail. It has it all — fishing, hiking, mountain biking, water sports.
