The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city, G Mall, and Ushland Mall. Separate entrance. Unit area 110 sqm. There are stairs at the entrance. We have a list of babysitters if needed. Adjacent to the unit is free parking.

The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.
