I'm Guillaume, your host! At the age of 20, I settled in La Rochelle because I wanted to see the ocean, and I've stayed ever since. I work there and started my family there. I also discovered 2 passions: surfing and rugby, which I do not practice but which I support like many people from La Rochelle! My partner and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with light and soft colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues can recharge their batteries. Welcome!

The lodging consists of a living room with fitted kitchen, coffee machine (TASSIMO), new bedding and bathroom with washing machine. Private parking in front, behind, private terrace The lodging is equipped with a heat pump (air conditioning/heating). Towels and bed sheets are provided.

We're right next to the train station (La Rochelle center can be reached in 7 minutes on the ter), the beach and the Chatelaillon park with its miniature golf course and extensive children's play areas. You can park your car in a private courtyard. For your safety, a reinforced reception and maintenance procedure for the apartment has been put in place by a concierge company. PLEASE NOTE: the lift is undergoing renovation work until 26 June inclusive

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a ‘3⭐️ tourist accommodation’, is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²), and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a secluded outdoor area.

Old Harbour - AC, Spacious & Cosy Apartment

A nicely decorated and spacious apartment ideally located on the old harbour (right in front of the famous two towers guarding the port". Very quiet (opening on a courtyard), air conditioned and only few steps away from restaurants, boutiques, pedestrian streets, historical buildings, places of interest. Storage for bikes possible. Our secured parking located 200 m from the apartment is available at a nominal fee during your stay.

Beautiful quiet house in the city center, modern and authentic, where young and old will find happiness (foosball, trampoline, ping-pong...). This is our family home, where we gather from time to time with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full time: quality bedding, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between lounging on the deckchairs and the activities available.
