Swimming pool 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for guests staying more than 1 night, schedules to be defined on arrival. Randonnées, cures thermales, patrimoines, volcans, lacs... tout autant d'activités à votre portée. Cette ancienne maison vigneronne saura vous séduire par son charme de l'ancien. Les murs en pierre et la cheminée présents dans le logement ne manqueront pas de faire effet.

From the window of the main room, below, view of the pretty village of Sauxillanges and on the horizon, the volcano range. On the other side, the terrace overlooks a large meadow and, in the distance, fir woods. Preserved natural setting. Renovated in 2016

Quiet house / pool / sauna / unobstructed view!

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

If you like calm, tranquility and nature, our cottage is for you. We do our best to make your stay pleasant with the pool which is private to the cottage and accessible in summer from 10am to 7pm. We are close to Brioude with its magnificent basilica and painting exhibitions, 2 km from the highway with access in 45 minutes to the Cantal mountains or to the Auvergne volcano range, the Puy de Dôme. As well as 1 hour from Puy-en-Velay.

It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.
