Central Duplex in Faro near Marina/Old Town/MainSt

Located right in the downtown center of Faro a few meters away from the marina and on an adjacent alleyway to the main street. At the end of the boulevard there is a lovely restored palace and the old town sits just behind it. Honestly, the location couldn't get any better. It's in the middle of the city and you can open the huge windows which confers the house its luminous character; and hear the passerbys pass the vibes that Faro has or take a sunset break to hear the birds chirp on the patio.

This light filled penthouse offers every comfort. Though minutes from the town center, this is a quiet getaway where swifts and swallows love to fly by. The house is filled with original art, pop decor and features a 3 meter long sliding glass door onto a balcony with river views. The private rooftop offers 280 degree views of Ayamonte, the Guadiana River and Portugal plus a pergola, fantastic chill out lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. Full kitchen and dedicated workstation.

Monte do Cansado is a small country house with a magnificent view over the hills of Tavira. With 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a huge open-space kitchen and a large sunny terrace it is ideal for beach or hiking holidays in the eastern Algarve. It's central heating in every room makes Monte do Cansado a cozy retreat after long hikes or bike tours on cooler winter days. The big swimming pool with a magnificent view of the valley is shared with the guests of Casa do Pátio and the owners.

In the historic heart of Tavira. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the Castle as well as the Rio Gilao. Charming 80 m2 house. Very comfortable, terrace for your meals. Close to shops and restaurants. A 5-minute walk from the Municipal Market and the pier for Ilha de Tavira. All the amenities of the city center in a typical Portuguese house. I like to meet my guests on arrival and departure. Large private garden of 250 m. with lawn, trees, patio and recreation area with barbecue, sun loungers... under the shade of the wisteria. Street access and private garage. Recently renovated, brand new. Decorated with great care. Pets are welcome.
