Just a 1 Minute walk to the Spey Valley Golf Club and Clubhouse. 10min walk to the local supermarket or 20 min walk into town for many bars and restaurants. On the front door of the property there is a doorbell with built in security camera.

Rowan Cottage is to be found snuggled away in the forest, yet just 5 miles from Aviemore, in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. This cozy cottage for two is peaceful and calming; a perfect place to unwind and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Each day brings another memorable view or sighting of the abundant wildlife in and around the cottage grounds. Yet, if you want an activity based week there is a vast amount of organised activities and attractions just on your doorstep.

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

The Cabin

The Cabin is a self catering one room chalet that contains 2 single beds, table, chairs, armchairs and a kitchen. An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.

The Bakehouse at Caman House dates from 1900 and is a beautiful old stone barn, and once upon a time a bakers - lovingly restored by us, creating a cosy and unique little home from home, respecting the story of the building, using local materials like timber & stone. A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
