Enjoy peace and quiet in the natural surroundings in the vicinity of Hardangervidda and the interesting UNESCO town of Rjukan, with exciting war and industrial history. Here you can live completely undisturbed and alone and enjoy lazy days, or exciting trips in the woods and on the plains. It takes about 40 minutes to the tourist town of Rjukan, where you can find a water park, the cross-country ski track, Vemork Industrial Workers' Museum, Gaustatoppen and the ski resort on Gausta. Idyllic spot by Tinnsjøen near Rjukan

The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Outboard motor 1-3 days NOK 400, -

Cozy firehouse/bakery from 1850. The cabin has been converted into an annex/small cabin with one room with a double bed. Dining area inside. Outdoor kitchen with fridge and gas hob. BBQ. Bathroom in the next door building. Duvet and pillow are in the cabin. Bedding must be ordered additionally for 150 per person. There is only a short distance to the mountains, Tinnsjøen, bike rides, and hikes in the nearby area. During summertime you can swim and fish in the river just below. The tourist municipality offers varied experiences and activities for everyone.

Mountain cabin with amazing views in a quiet area

At 920 meters above sea level you get stunning views of Gaustatoppen, peaceful surroundings and very good sun conditions from morning to evening. Short distance to the mountain, great hiking opportunities, fishing, swimming and cross-country skiing, as well as farm life at Håvardsrud and the cultural heritage of Rjukan, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Gaustablikk ski center is 50 km from the cabin. The cabin is well suited for families and guests who want tranquility, nature, views and good experiences all year round.

Charming cottage including small rowing boat just off Tinnsjøen. Living room, kitchen, private bathroom and one bedroom. Road to the door. A total of 7 beds (sofa bed in the living room) The cabin is located in Tinn Austbygd at the foot of Hardangervidda. Good starting point for great day trips in beautiful nature! There are duvets and pillows in the cabin, but you must bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. The cabin is cleaned, dishes are put back in place and garbage is emptied on departure.

The cabin is centrally located in Austbygde which is an eldorado for trips in summer and winter. There is a short distance to Skirvedalen, where in winter there are miles of great ski slopes waiting for you. In summer there is a great swimming spot in the river nearby. There is also a short distance to Sandviken camping by Tinnsjøen which has a wide range of leisure activities. It is 30 km to Rjukan which is listed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Here you can visit Vemork, Solspeilet, take the Krossobanen etc.

Special and cosy little cabin, fantastic view

Kick back and relax in this quiet, elegant space. Fire up the grill and enjoy good food and something good to drink. How about starting the day with a refreshing swim in Tinnsjøen, a private swimming area. Fishing opportunities. Many great experiences nearby. Rjukan has lots to offer in beautiful nature. This has to be experienced! The cabin has duvets and pillows available, but you must bring bed linen. There is no cleaning fee on-site, so you have to make sure to leave it clean and tidy for the next guests.

With good light conditions and horizontal windows you can enjoy the majestetic view of the famous Gaustatoppen mountain. With inviting architecture the time at the cabin is as enjoyable as the nature surrounding it. This valley is located along a south-eastern ridge of the Hardanger plateu and great mountain experiences are waiting just outside the cabin door.

Fantastic mountain terrain in summer and autumn, and great cross-country skiing in winter where you can strap on your skis and go straight out on the track. On the trip you have a fantastic view of Gaustatoppen. You can sit by the fireplace or play board games.
