Tinnsjøhytta

Enjoy quiet holidays with the whole family right by Tinnsjøen at this peaceful cabin all the way down the water's edge. Two cabins are tied together with a deck. One cabin has a dining table, sofa bed and simple kitchen. The second cabin is the bedroom with 4 beds. Water must be collected at the sanitary facility at Sjøtveit Camping, where there is also a free shower. In addition, there is a completely newly renovated bathroom (shared with another cabin) with a biological toilet in the neighboring cabin. No running water. Simple standard.

Post Cabin

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Enjoy the sunset over beautiful Austbygde, on a sunny terrace, with the sound of silence and calm waterfall. The space welcomes family and friends to barbecue on the patio, coziness in front of the fireplace, and board games fun in the dining room. There is a short distance to ski slopes in Skrivedalen, great hiking experiences in the mountains and about 40 minutes drive to Rjukan. Rjukan is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The apartment is newly renovated and has a brand new bathroom - living room + 2 bedrooms with double beds ready made + sofa bed in the living room where bed linen is placed under the end of the sofa bed. Cot is in the bedroom closet. New kitchen and separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Private large terrace with barbecue and furniture. Private parking for several cars outside . The cabin is centrally located in Austbygde which is an eldorado for hiking summer and winter. It is a short distance to Skirvedalen, where there are miles of great ski slopes waiting for you in winter. In summer there is a great swimming area in the river close by. It is also a short distance to Sandviken camping at Tinnsjøen which has a wide range of leisure activities. It is 30 km to Rjukan which is listed on the UNESCOWorld Heritage List. Here you can visit Vemork, Solspeilet, take Krossobanen etc.

Romance in Wonderland

Come and stay in an old traditionally farmhouse for employees at a Norwegian farm in Noresund, 100 km and approximately 90 minutes drive from the city-center of Oslo. Two hours and 155 km drive from Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL). This is in the heart of the Norwegian fairytale tradition. It is about 450 meters from the lake and 10 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Norefjell. The high mountains of Norway starts here. The trolls are in the woods just behind the cabin. They are all nice.

Amazing mountain terrain in summer and autumn, and great skiers in winter where you can buckle on your ski and go straight out in the trail. With on the trip you have a fantastic view of Gaustatoppen. You can sit inside by the fireplace or play board games. It is adapted for small children with a crib, high chair, lego, and pulk can be obtained on request. Quiet surroundings and no direct access

Stay modern in the 20th century style close to Rjukan

Newly refurbished house in the old, original style with modern solutions in the kitchen and bathroom on a farm in Tinn Austbygd. The house with good views over Lake Tinnsjön and close to the tourist and world heritage city of Rjukan which can offer full-bodied days. Among other things, you can experience Gaustatoppen, Gaustabanen, Norwegian Industrial Workers Museum, Krossobanen and knitting jumps from Vemorkbrua.

Municipal road with minimal traffic. Short distance to the Hardangervidda plateau with forest/mountains and groomed ski slopes. 10 km to shop and gas station. approx. 40 km to ski resort.

Cozy cabin at Gøynes by Tinnsjøen

The cabin is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Nice view to Tinnsjøen and Austbygda. There is no running water in the cabin, but there is electric power and wood firing. Firewood is included in the price. Water is collected from the host.
