Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. In a closed subdivision with private parking space and the possibility of arrival at any time, departure no later than 11:00 a.m. (breakfast offered for the first night). Instructions provided after booking validation.

The studio is located in a quiet and charming area, close to shops, 10 min walk from the city center (Halle aux grains, Metro Francois Verdier) and 15 min from the train station. You will find : - a sofa bed with comfortable mattress (Tediber), - a kitchenette (microwave, induction stove, mini fridge), - a bathroom with large shower and toilet. Access is independent, allowing full autonomy. We will be delighted to advise you during your Toulousain stay.
