Spacious and cozy loft on the ground floor of an old traditional house in the beautiful and quaint core of Splügen. Small outdoor terrace to dine at the sound of a stream. A few steps from the departure of the cableway and at the center of a network of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Tastefully furnished: a double bedroom (with skylight instead of window), a small children's room with no window, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, a modern kitchen and bright and warm living room.

The rooms for rent are located on two floors. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and a living room. Color TV, radio, WiFi. Bathroom with lavabo, toilet, shower; additionally small bathroom on the first floor (with sink and toilet). Up to three double rooms are available depending on the number of occupancy. In the basement: washing machine and plenty of storage facilities (e.g. for bicycles, skis). Parking by the house. Garden seating and barbecue facilities (summer).

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

My place offers a good starting point for various activities for hikers, boulderers, bikers, families or people looking for relaxation and wellness. In 2 minutes' walk you are in the village center and thus by public transport. You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.

The property is located in an elevated, sunny location in the municipality of Sufers, is very quiet with a very nice seating area overlooking the mountains and the lake. The apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom, two in the living room. In the village there are shopping facilities in the Primo store and in the alpine dairy. On request, breakfast can also be booked. Ask for conditions.
