Living room with wood-burning stove, kitchen with all the necessary cooking and washing facilities, and a cosy bedroom with a bed, a private daybed, a coffee machine, and a TV with Chromecast. The location and the area around the cottage are truly unique. Surrounded by large green spaces, flowers, and berry and fruit trees. A sandy beach and a rocky headland are just a stone’s throw away, and your closest and only neighbour is a summer house with a massage chair. Welcome to our beautiful and well-equipped house on the coast of Central Norway. This idyllic property is perfect for up to eight guests who want to relax in quiet and rural surroundings. Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for its nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails Nearby there is a coastal fort from the Second World War that has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas and a small zipline for children and young people. Lesund is located approximately halfway between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

Enjoy late days with family or friends. Go down to the beach to swim or put on your hiking boots and walk on one of several mountain peaks in the immediate vicinity. Amazing views from the cabin. 10 minutes from the ferry dock and store. Short distance to Smøla and Kristiansund. The cabin has three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Annex contains bedroom and private bathroom. In addition, there is an outdoor living room with a long table and fireplace. Parking by the cabin. Beach 5 minutes walk from the cabin, it is also possible to fish from the rocks.

At the same time, the cabin is in one with nature and it looks like it has just stood there for a long time. The cabin is built for pleasant gatherings with the family. You get transparency and nature into the cabin. The combination of knot-free pine and poplar wood gives the cabin a bright and pleasant atmosphere, which gives you a meditative experience.

Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Peaceful, bathing places, nice base for trips to Nordmøre, mountains and fjords. There is no boat on site. Day trips to Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde (approx. 2 hours). Grocery store and small local shopping mall about 20 minutes drive. Several well-marked hiking trails, "Støttepunkt" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to a fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well suited for families with children, as there are terrain trails, zip-line, etc. Lots of possibilities!

Sjøbua er fullt utstyrt med moderne kjøkken, vaskerom med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, raskt internett, grill, ved og bålpanne.
