The cabin is located just 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It’s 100 metres from Cycle Route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest bathing temperature in the sea/Norway (travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

New Pioner 14 boat with 9.9 Yamaha engine, electric start, and chartplotter. Long beach that is suitable for the little ones. Large lawn with trampoline by the beach. Sup boards and kayaks can be borrowed. By boat you are in Norway's finest archipelago with many small islets and islands. Sauna available for tenants.
