Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Øien 20 fot med 70 Yamaha Masse aktiviteter - fotballbane, volleyballnett, badminton, husker for store og små, slakk line, trampoline, kubbespill. 5 kajakker, 2 supbrett, 2 vannmadrasser og fiskeutstyr for fiske med brygga eller på sjøen. Fisketur med teiner, garn eller stang etter avtale. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Lillesand - Horizontal apartment/cottage for rent

Sjarmerende hytte ved sjøen i Lillesand - båt inkludert Velkommen til vår flotte hytte/leilighet ved sjøen i vakre Lillesand. Her kan du nyte roligere dager i naturskjønne omgivelser med sjøen som nærmeste nabo. Boligen har en lys og trivelig atmosfære med gode oppholdsrom, perfekt for både familier, par og venner som ønsker å oppleve den ekte sørlandsidyllen. Parkering ligger ca 5 minutter gange fra hytten. Det er egen hytteandel i underetasjen som benyttes av eier.

Velkommen til et romslig og familievennlig hus på Rørmoen Gård, i rolige, landlige omgivelser. Huset har 5 soverom og soveplasser til 9 personer, med mulighet for 2 ekstra madrasser, perfekt for storfamilier eller vennegjenger. Flotte uteområder Boligen har ett bad, fullt utstyrt kjøkken og hyggelige oppholdsrom. Fra Rørmoen er det kort vei til Grimstad, Kristiansand og Kristiansand Dyrepark. Det er ti minutters gange til badestrand på Breivik Camping.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.
