Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Naturrig lille hus tilbydes til én og flerdags udlejning. Vi har indrettet huset som vi synes er hyggeligt og prøvet at gøre det “hjemmeligt”. Huset har 2 dejlige store værelser med dobbeltsenge og plads til rejse seng. Derudover har stuen sovesofa som også kan slåes ud og giver 2 ekstra sovepladser. Der tilhøre en dejlig udestue hvor man kan sidde og nyde en kop kaffe og nyde udsigten i haven som er lukket og har en dejlig udsigt over markerne. Huset ligger et spytklat fra Limfjorden og natur.

Det er den perfekte base for en ferie fyldt med ro, rige naturoplevelser og ægte nordjysk historie og charme. Vi er beliggende midt i Nordjylland, så der er nem adgang til både de hvide sandstrande mod nord, Danmarks største skov, Rold Skov, mod syd, den smukke og livlige by Aalborg mod øst og de historiske beskyttede hede-landskaber og Limfjords-øerne mod vest.
