The house has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Large terrace with 6 comfortable chairs for dining group with large parasol and lounge furniture placed in sun/shade. Flat, large lawn and playhouse for the children.

The house overlooks Lake Övre Brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room has high ceilings with a kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim, fish or cycle. In the autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. In winter, there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.
