This carriage house is located at the back of the property of a 117-year-old historic home 4 blocks from downtown shopping and dining. We're 15 minutes from Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 25 minutes to Champaign and 30 minutes from Decatur. You’ll enjoy the comfy bed, two dining/game spaces, TV area, a small kitchen with cooktop, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and a full bathroom. It is great for a weekend get-away! Enjoy the view from the cupalo as you browse through one of the books on board, or sit at your dinette and enjoy a board game. Sit out back in one of the adirondack chairs around your own private fire pit and enjoy s'mores, or just a peaceful evening. The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

Enjoy yourself in an open concept floor plan where there is lots of room to spread out. Spend your evenings in the living room or the family room that has a fireplace. From the family room you can step out on a deck and enjoy the view of the pond. We are located 8.5 miles from Vandalia where there are historical landmarks, great restaurants, and quaint shops.

The Lake House on Lake Sara puts you right at the edge of the lake — with four kayaks, a crackling fire pit, and a sunlit enclosed porch to come home to. The Lake House is located just a short walk to the Beach, Pinky’s , The Rusty Reel Bar (below Pinky’s) and The Marina. The beach offers a beautiful playground, pavilions, exercise equipment, pickleball courts and a frisbee golf course!

The Bin at No Bad Days farm

The Bin at No Bad Days farm is a newly constructed grain bin. As you walk in checkout the beautiful craftsmanship on the ceiling! There is a loft upstairs where you will find a king size bed. There is also an oversized chair that converts to a small bed as well. Main floor has a sofa sleeper for two. There is a kitchenette and full bath. We know you will enjoy the rustic look of this unique property. We are 5 minutes from Lithia Springs Marina and we have room to park a boat!

Welcome to Paradise Cottage nestled on Lake Paradise! Cozy and warm with wood finishes throughout. Includes three-tiered deck/patio, with the lowest level sitting over the water. Perfect for fishing (this lake hosts an annual fishing tournament), canoeing/kayaking, or just relaxing. Great for bird watching, with great blue herons, egrets, ducks, bald eagles, plovers, cormorants, woodpeckers and other species seen daily.
