Our house is located in the north side of Asprovalta. You can enjoy your privacy, although you reach the closest beach in 1 minute by car or 10 on foot. It has a large garden with a lot of trees and vegetation, as well as a BBQ area with kiosk. Let your kids play our garden, it's SUPER safe. Note that: Terra holiday home #1 and Terra holiday home #2 are in the same property area. You may rent both of them in case you are on vacation with friends :)

Cozy studio with direct access to backyard, fully organized kitchen, private bathroom and wifi. In a beautiful and touristic neighborhood, with sightseeing (Byzantine walls, Trigoniou tower, Heptapyrgion and Vlatadon Monastery) and famous cafes and restaurants. Distance: 1 min on foot to taxi station, bus station, 1 min on foot to supermarket, bakery, greengrocer's and pharmacy and 10 min by car to the city center and 20 min to the airport.

Public transportation to the airport, beaches, center of Thessaloniki. There are many close by beaches that you can go swimming (10-15 min by bus). There is a super market in 10 minutes walking distance from the house! The room has a double bed and a sofa-bed.
