Complemented by a green roof, this design significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, keeping the interior 5-6°C cooler than a conventional house. Many of the materials used in the villa's construction have been sourced directly from the land itself, including locally quarried stone and native flora, along with high-quality natural elements such as marble and wood. Villa Elpida is situated in a quiet, gated complex of 9 villas with two shared swimming pools. It is just 2 km from the sandy beach of Almyrida. The house is is fully furnished and equipped with all the appliances necessary for a comfortable stay. The villa can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, the living room has a sofa bed that offers an extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking

The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.
