Our village is located at an altitude of 1000m and is just 20 km from the junction of Eastern Zagori of Egnatia Odos. 45 minutes from Metsovo and 20 minutes from the beautiful lake of the springs of Aoos. The place is suitable for couples and families who love nature and have the desire to discover the natural beauty of our country.

Our mansion is located in Central Zagori at one of the entrances of the village of Koukouli, overlooking the beginning of the Vikos gorge and the unique, stone-built bridge of Kokoros. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
