Situated just within the tree line, the cabin sits on the edge of beautiful Government Prairie which provides unobstructed views of the San Francisco Peaks while providing the beautiful scenery and wildlife of the vast Ponderosa Pine Forest. The quiet community of Parks provides easy access to Grand Canyon National Park, Snowbowl, Bearizona and more!

The Little House

Enjoy your stay at our little house. it is located 10 minutes north of Williams, AZ. This is a little gem that is on it's own 5 acres of property. It has one bedroom with a queen bed. A sleeper couch that can fit two kids comfortably. A kitchen with basic amenities. A deck that you can enjoy with a BBQ grill. It is in a working neighborhood. It is conveniently located 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon. 15 minutes to Bearizona and the Grand Canyon Railway. Flagstaff is 35 minutes away.

Rustic & cute private guesthouse on a 5 acre horse ranch! Located very close to all the popular northern AZ places to visit! This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. Have relaxing fun at this quiet country cottage. Built in 2023, it sits on 10 acres, and we, the hosts live on site in a separate home about 150 feet away. We do not have pet or cleaning fees. You'll enjoy quiet surroundings with big skies and beautiful mountain views all around from your private deck. We're located only eight miles north of Williams and about 1 point 5 miles off the highway to the Grand Canyon, all on paved road, and just a 45 minute drive to the South Gate to the Canyon.

Our place is perfect for a family getaway or get-together! Just 13 minutes to Gunsight Academy! Far enough off of the highway that there is lots of peace, quiet, and stars forever. We offer a bedroom with a queen bed, bedroom with triple bunkbeds, large living area with full fold down couch, and full kitchen. Laundry facility is attached to your unit. Our country market is 1 mi down the road. Grand Canyon is less than 2 hrs away! Pets welcome for a small fee.
