Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Sjögärde golf course can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. To Stettenreds 4H farm it is 15 min by car. It takes about 35 minutes to Liseberg and to Ullared 45 minutes.

In Åsa, there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops and is only 30 minutes by train or car to Gothenburg.
