Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area next to the fjord. 1,5 km to bus stop 2 km to the center/grocery store/restaurants

The apartment is located 15 mins walk from Ås city center and Ås train station (18 min with train from Oslo central station), and a 12 min bike ride from the campus of NMBU. The apartment is quiet, well equipped, have good standard, and two terraces with sun the whole day.
