Το Meteora Shelter I βρίσκεται κάτω ακριβώς από το μοναστήρι της Αγίας Τριάδας και μπροστά από τον τεράστιο βράχο του Άλσου, με εκπληκτική θέα. Είναι ένας πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χώρος που περιλαμβάνει έργα σύγχρονης τέχνης φιλοτεχνημένα από την καλλιτέχνιδα Μαγδαληνή Θεοδώρου. Από εδώ ξεκινάει μονοπάτι για τα μοναστήρια των Μετεώρων.
