High X-factor with direct access to a green garden in the back, where you can lay in the sun, sit on a bench and read a book, do yoga or even have a bbq. The apartment has a cute balcony which is perfect for late night wine or Sunday morning breakfast, undisturbed and no noise from cars. A rare privilege in the city center of Bergen.

En nydelig og moderne leilighet kun 10 minutters gange fra sentrum. Nygårdsparken, Bergens fineste park, skiller den fra bykjernen og gir en unik og tilbaketrukket beliggenhet. In the center of Bergen, newly renovated (oct.2023) apartment 15-20 min walk from Bryggen UNESCO houses, museums, cozy, cute apartment in a small, quiet street with grocery stores, bus connection 200m to mount Ulriken. Hike to Stolzen is just behind the apartment. In the summer popular public bath area is just 5 minute walk. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It has a big sofa that can be enlarged, and a double bed in the bedroom. Kitchen,bathroom well equiped with all you need.

The flat is in a well-kept traditional Bergen-house from 1912, surrounded by a garden, in a quiet area. Within a close range you have all the amenities you need; Public transport (3 min walk - it will only take you 6 minutes by bus to the city centre), grocery stores (closest, Coop Extra, 5 min walk), a post office (5 min walk), cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy (5 min walk) etc.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Welcome to our apartment in Stabburvegen! The house is located in a central residential area close to the bus and light rail stop that will take you to the city center in 15 minutes. Additionally, you have free parking right outside! We recently renovated the place and furnished with everything we believe you will need for a comfortable stay with us. The area offers beautiful hiking trails and attractions such as Gamlehaugen, the Stave Church, and Europe's longest bike tunnel.
